I can't believe it's already the first day of school!! Max is now a big 7th grader - wow!!! Hannah is in 4th grade, though looking much older. Emily is so excited to be a 3rd grader. And of course, Lucy is now a kindy gartner. Damon, Milo, and I brought them all to school this morning, said our goodbyes (I teared up for Lucy's :( ), then stopped at the grocery store for donuts and chocolate milk. Our tradition is to have breakfast together without the school age kids. We went for donuts this year! Now I'm sitting at home keeping Milo out of trouble and wondering how the other kids are doing at school. I'm sure today is much harder on me than on any of them. I can't wait to get the report - especially Lucy's. Hope they're all happy! They'll all be coming home on buses in about an hour and a half - don't know if I can wait that long!!

I haven't seem them for so long I am honestly having a hard time believing how grown up they are! Max a 7th grader...GET OUT! I teared up reading about you sending Lucy off. That is a long day of school! It sounds like heaven to me (only have 1 at home), but I know it must be hard! Thanks for posting pictures!!
